NK GO GAS provides gas-related services, customer support, notifications, booking assistance, and promotional communication through official channels such as WhatsApp Business API and RCS.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement under Indian law to use our services.

6. Account Registration

NK GO GAS uses officially approved APIs for communication. By engaging with us:

  • You consent to receive messages via WhatsApp and RCS
  • Messages may include service updates, alerts, and promotions
  • You can opt out anytime by replying with STOP or contacting us

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

We adhere strictly to Meta and telecom regulations:

  • Messages are sent only with user consent (opt-in)
  • No spam or unauthorized messaging
  • Compliance with TRAI and applicable telecom laws

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, logos, and materials belong to NK GO GAS. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during service use.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. NK GO GAS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

15. Limitation of Liability

NK GO GAS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Message delivery failures due to network issues
  • Loss arising from user negligence

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NK GO GAS harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of services.

17. Governing Law (India)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie in Pune, Maharashtra courts.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
